Tenants' annual report

SBHA has included a special annual report just for tenants in its autumn edition of Buzz.

The 2008/2009 annual report highlights the key achievements SBHA over the last year and will be delivered to residents with their rent statements.

SBHG carried out several large resident surveys last year, including the Big Conservation and the STATUS survey, to find out what services residents felt were most important. Inside the SBHA annual report are the top ten things that SBHG has introduced as a result of resident feedback.

The yearly statistics on SBHA’s performance in key services have also been included.

Paul Doe, chief executive at SBHG, said: “We have introduced the annual report in Buzz so that all our residents can review our performance over the year. This annual report specifically focuses on the services that are important to residents.”

This special edition of Buzz also has a supplement introducing residents to Domus. Domus is the new innovative in-house repairs team. By bringing the service in-house SBHG has more control over the service to residents making sure it remains high and continues to improve.
