What I Do
I do many different things. I have recently been working on a case that has been referred to the Management Transfer Panel. A resident was in fear of her life so I collected information from external agencies such as police and presented it to the panel.

I carry out solo estate inspections every two week and a joint one with a surveyor and an estate representative. Afterwards I will follow up any concerns and report back to the estate representative.

I am investigating allegations of sub-letting. I will carry out spot checks on the estate and speak to neighbours.

What I like most about my job
I like the variety of my job.

It is very satisfying when you get successful outcomes especially if there is an issue with ASB and it’s no longer taking place.

Interesting fact about me
I love cooking, I watch all the cookery programmes; Jamie Oliver, Gordon Ramsey etc. I also love to entertain and host lots of dinner parties.
