What I do
I look after the hardware, software and telecommunications for SBHG.

The main aspect of the job is answering helpdesk enquiries and solving people’s software and telecommunication issues. I also carry out repairs to hardware and resolve telecommunication problems.

The area of the people don’t see me doing is backing up systems and maintaining the upgrades that are essential to keep the organisation up to date and secure.

What I like most about my job
I really like the people I work with. We are a really close team. I also like that I get to work on many different aspects of IT because we are a small team. If I was in a large IT firm I would only specialise in one area and not get to experience so much and expand my knowledge like I do at SBHG.
