What I Do   I post inspect works carried out by Domus to ensure that tenants are satisfied, and ensure that work is carried out to SBHG’s standards.

I visit tenants who are about to participate on a mutual exchange to ensure that the standards are met for the new tenant. Monthly I am joined by the neighbourhood officers and tenant monitors to carry out inspections of our estates.

I am currently attending a construction technology course to further enhance my knowledge of surveying.

What I like most about my job
The ability to combine SBHG’s processes with face-to-face interaction with our tenants, ensuring we deliver the best possible service.

I love the fact that I can count on my team for support. The ability to learn more about different aspects of building defects, legislation and regulations.

Interesting fact about me
I speak and write Portuguese fluently and understand Spanish. I love travelling and learning about new cultures.
