We are committed to achieving high standards of satisfaction through innovation. One of the results of this commitment is Domus, a unique joint venture company.
Domus Maintenance Services LLP is the newest addition to SBHG joining 01 August 2009.
Domus, which is Latin for home, was formed as a result of SBHG’s successful business relationship with Collective Maintenance Solutions Limited (CMS).
SBHG has worked with CMS since September 2005. In 2007 SBHG entered into an open book fixed price framework agreement to deliver repairs and maintenance service.
The success of this agreement meant that SBHG wanted to ensure that its contractual partnership was extended to provide further service improvements to its residents.
SBHG involves residents and stakeholders in issues relating to the service. This is achieved in many ways including regular meetings and membership of our Partnering Group. By increasing resident involvement and consultation, we believe we can deliver a high quality, right first time service.

SBHG officially launched Domus to external clients and partners at the Kew Bridge Steam Museum on Thursday 08 October.
