Regulation
We are regulated by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA). The TSA ensures that we are well run, financially stable and provide high-quality services to our tenants.
The TSA wants to make sure that services for tenants continue to improve. Tenants, landlords and other stakeholders helped the TSA shape the standards that apply to all social housing providers. We carried out a motor home tour (pictured) of our developments to help our residents take part in this consultation. |
