Development and sales department
Shepherds Bush Housing Group’s Development and Sales department builds, markets and sells quality, affordable homes in west London. We produce award-winning schemes and our properties are innovative and designed to a very high standard.
In the past year awards include best social housing development in the country (Affordable Housing Awards) for the Townmead development in Fulham and a What House? award for nearby Kelway House.
We have a diverse property programme and provide affordable rented homes, shared ownership flats, Right to HomeBuy, live/work units, commercial space and occasionally units for people with special needs.
The Development team focuses on procuring housing for SBHG. We achieve this through building new properties, converting or refurbishing existing buildings, or buying houses and flats for sale on the open market.
The new business part of our work identifies development opportunities, undertakes appraisals of the proposals, negotiates the terms of the purchase and secures building contracts. We ensure all work is completed in line with our requirements.
We also manage consultants working with our contractors to ensure that high standards are achieved and that completion dates are met.
Our Sales team markets and sells properties, including the stunning Issigonis House.
The Director of SBHG's Development and Sales department is Paula Fance who is part of SBHG's Senior Management Team.
