The award celebrated the design of SBHG's Northcroft  development ten years on, in an application called: ‘Northcroft and Bailey Court, ten years on, a good place to live’

Best RSL Led Large Development at the Affordable Home Ownership Awards

SBHG's Townmead development was commended for its courtyard and design which takes visitors and residents away from the hustle and bustle of Fulham. It also offers an underground car park, landscape gardens and a ball court for the children.

Best Affordable Development at the What House? Awards - Silver 

SBHG's Kelway House development was voted the best affordable development for its light and cheerful modern building with no two homes completely alike.

TPAS Tenant Liaison Officer of the Year at the Connecting People Awards and winnner of the southern region

The award is given by the Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS) as a testimony to the commitment of SBHG to tenant involvement.
