family reaps the benefits of SPS Santa.
SPS Santa answers Family Friends SOS
Santa (aka Graham Raine, Director of Staying Put Services (SPS))
was in West London for several special deliveries recently when he
helped Family Friends provide Christmas hampers and cheer to
grateful recipients.
Rudolph and a sleigh were otherwise engaged, so Furnish, part of
Staying Put Services, made the hamper deliveries on behalf of
Family Friends.
The gifts, provided by the befriending charity Family Friends,
included tinned goods, tasty treats and toys - something for each
generation.
"Without Furnish and Santa, we couldn't have delivered hampers
to the families we supported this Christmas," said Flora Taylor,
Operations Director at Family Friends.
Some 88 hampers were delivered by Furnish in just two days,
across Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster in London, meaning
dozens of families can really celebrate the festive season.
SPS Santa said: "Meeting the recipients and seeing their
positive reaction makes me realise it's the ideal time of year to
give something back to local people."
