Rajgeer Court completed

Rajgeer Court, a new SBHA development of rentable social housing properties in Southall in the London Borough of Ealing, recently saw tenants move in.

The new building, on the site of 'The Bricklayers Arms' public house, uses the Punjabi for 'bricklayer' in its' title. The name reflects the ethnic diversity of the local community where the language is widely used by residents.

The development, within walking distance of Southall rail station, consists of 19 flats: nine with two bedrooms, nine one bedroom and a two bedroom home designed for a wheelchair user.
