SBHG's first Wandsworth development

Charter House is a new development comprising of 14 apartments for shared ownership within a 55 unit development on the former site of the Charter House Works, located off Eltringham Street in Wandsworth.

The site situated in a mixed residential and commercial area in Wandsworth and close to the redeveloped 'Battersea Reach' and Wandsworth Town, is Shepherds Bush Housing Group's first development scheme in Wandsworth.

The housing will comprise of 10 one-bed and four two-bed apartments which will be located on the ground, first and second floor levels throughout the scheme.

The initial equity sale will be 50% of the property with values estimated between c£213,000 & c£275,000 for a one-bed apartment and between c£330,000 & c£368,000 for a two-bed apartment.

The residents will have access to a shared roof terrace. There are 12 parking spaces for the whole development which will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

The proposed completion time is January 2009. Currently, the external structure is almost complete.
