Factory site rejuvenated to become affordable homes

A former car park and US Cans factory site is set to become affordable homes for Ealing residents.

The Scotts Road development will be sold as a shared ownership scheme to local people. Nearing completion the Living Architect designed site is being developed by Shepherds Bush Housing Group for Bush Homes.

The homes feature integrated appliances with the overall development reaching the eco-homes good standard.

There will be six one-bedroom homes and two two-bedroom apartments. Mansells contractors have worked hard to bring this development to completion to a total estimated cost of £780,000.
