Developing Townmead

In partnership with the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham we are developing the Townmead estate in Fulham.

Perotti House and four blocks of Coomber House are in the process of being redeveloped.

This will provide 158 homes for housing association tenants and shared ownership accommodation. We are also developing a tenants hall, nursery provision and retail premises.

The Townmead estate occupies a prominent position close to Wandsworth Bridge - an ideal place for tenants and their families.
