The Connected Partnership: Shepherds Bush Housing Group, Octavia
Housing & Care and the Origin Group, will receive a bumper
allocation of £29,795,800 from the Housing Corporation.
Shepherds Bush Housing Developments Limited are currently
building a new development in Wandsworth. Currently being built on
the former site of the Charter House Works, it is the first scheme
to be built in Wandsworth by SBH Developments Limited.
Shepherds Bush Housing Association (SBHA) was chosen by
residents of Cheesemans Terrace / Maystar to develop the Maystar
Estate on North End Road, Fulham. Now complete, apartments have
been full reserved and successfully let.
Morris House, the development at Swainson Road, is a mixed use
development of residential apartments, live/work units and
commercial units and is available for let.
The SBHG Development department has created a great brochure
which illustrates some key schemes, both completed and in
progress.
The SBHG Development Team has created more great properties,
this time in Southall, Ealing.
Shepherds Bush Housing Developments Limited is a subsidiary of
Shepherds Bush Housing Association.
The Maystar estate Day Care Centre now has two new benches
thanks to Shepherds Bush Housing Group and Wates Living Space
Limited.
Our Swainson Road development is taking shape and recently
hosted a 'topping off' ceremony attended by the Leader of Ealing
Council.
Shepherds Bush Housing Group is a part of the Connected
Development Partnership.
Shepherds Bush Housing Association is currently developing part
of the Townmead Estate in Fulham in partnership with the London
Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
We are developing a former factory site to become affordable
homes for Ealing residents.
