Making a Complaint
Shepherds Bush Housing Group aims to provide high standards of
service to all tenants, leaseholders and other customers.
We realise that sometimes things do go wrong and while we will take
every step to sort out problems, it is your right to complain if
the service falls short of your expectations.
You can make a complaint in person to our offices, by telephone, by
letter, or by email.
The guide to making a complaint tells you what to expect from us
and sets out our service standards regarding response times.
